Swallows Nest (for 4)

Previously the grain store and milking parlour, Swallows Nest offers open plan living space on the first floor, maximising beautiful farmland views on either side. A galleried staircase leads into the spacious living area, the main feature of which is the striking exposed roof structure with original wooden rafters. A fully fitted kitchen and adjacent dining area are finished with beautiful reclaimed oversized floorboards and rugs.

Original recessed alcoves feature throughout the property, whilst the bedrooms retain slot windows originally used to allow light and air into the milking parlours. This cottage offers spacious accommodation with a layout well suited to families or groups.

A private stone-walled garden is situated next to the cottage, furnished with a table and chairs, parasol and barbeque. One of Alastair Sawday's Special Places.
