Owls Roost (for 6)

The largest of the Carclaze Farm cottages, Owls Roost provides generous accommodation for up to six people, and benefits from its own driveway and private walled garden.

A large Cornish stone fireplace provides a focal point in the living room, whilst exposed timber beams feature throughout the cottage.  In the kitchen, a slate floor and antique pine furniture create a comfortable dining area for guests.  All three bedrooms have expansive views over farmland to St Breoke Downs in the distance.   This cottage has a family bathroom and downstairs WC, as well as an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom.

A private garden is located in front of the cottage affording far-reaching views over farmland. The garden is furnished with a table and chairs, parasol and barbeque. One of Alastair Sawday's Special Places.
